A Run, A Beer for a Year!: Day 531, Aztec Brewing Company

This has been a nice restful Sunday, coffee with my wife before church. Church was very inspirational for me this morning. Father gave a very nice homily about being grateful for what you have in your life. This is so true it is so easy to get caught up with always wanting more. Sometimes you need to reflect and be happy with where you are in life. I did sneak in a short nap after lunch, before heading to the grocery store. I had a craving for beer cheese soup for supper tonight. Which turned out very good, still have some leftover for supper tomorrow night. For my run today I decided to start doing intervals again. So I did 4 today as a starting point in my training. I did run 1.25 miles in 14:30 minutes, I feel like I have not stopped sweating since I finished my  run. Hopefully this means I am burning some extra calories and can lose some weight this week. I am drinking another sweet wheat beer tonight. This is my second beer from Aztec Brewing Company. Tonight I am trying their Aztec Hibiscus Wheat, this is a nice semi sweet unfiltered wheat beer. The flavor in this brew comes from Mexican Hibiscus tea. The two flavors meld together very well, making this a nice easy drinking beer. One last thought on this beer. It has great carbonation keeping a nice thin head all the way down the glass. Have a great week everyone. Cheers!
