Then this apprenticeship is just for you! You will be working as an assistant brewer, in a small brewery based in Salford. No two days are the same. You will play a key role and build up your talent to provide world class service in the heart of the busy city. Your daily duties will include; the general cleaning of the brewery, assisting with the brewing of beers, bottling beer and cash handling.  You will also be required to help out on the bar during events that the company run. If you are hard working and have the willingness to learn, then this is the apprenticeship for you!  What will I learn?You will learn all aspects of the hospitality industry; this will cover all aspects of health and safety. Full training will be provided by the employer and Blue Training, therefore experience is not necessary.  What will I achieve?You will complete an intermediate apprenticeship in hospitality, this will include delivery of the NVQ, Technical Certificate and Maths and English Functional Skills. From the start of your employment, you will be assigned an experienced and skilled assessor from Blue Training UK LTD who will visit you monthly to support and help you achieve your apprenticeship. Why should I complete an apprenticeship?Would you like to earn whilst you are learning and gaining a qualification?
