Howdy everyone–I completely spaced out and forgot to do a beer tasting of the ESB we made a few months back–so that's how we start out this video. After that, we brew up a simple American Cream Ale using 2-Row Pale, some Biscuit malt, and 1 oz of Cluster hops. We then ferment with some White Labs WLP060 American Blend. This is a really simple recipe that should turn out pretty well–nice and smooth, low malt, low hops. It should be a pretty sessionable beer–which is what I am shooting for.
