Berliner Weiß Recipe:

3 Lbs German Wheat
3 Lbs German Pilsner

RO Water
1/4 tsp Gypsum
1/2 tsp Calcium Chloride

Dusseldorf Alt Yeast WLP036
Lactobacillus Delbrueckii WLP677

Mash at 149 °F
