I’m at work, and I can only post on my phone so I couldn’t really search for this answer.Anyway, we are doing a Oktoberfest style beer. We started fermentation on August 8th at roughly 10 PM. It is still fermenting when I checked on it for the first time today.However, the weird thing is that my whole house smells kinda yeasty/caramelish. Is that normal? I have it a spare room’s closet with the closet door closed.
