.. I use Red Star Champaign dry yeast.
2).How long do you let your fermentation process go?
..I usually make 3/5 gals, so i like to let mine ferment anywhere from 4 to 6 mon. before i bottle.
Do you prefer traditional mead or add other liquids for flavor?
..The only ingredients i use are apples for flavor, a few raisins for yeast protein, and a dash of cinnamon. Oh, and a clove here and there!
