Barry also shares news stories about commercial and home brews, beer related events and breweries. Discussion includes beer culture and the economic aspects of brewing. Tuesdays from 8-9pm “Jo & Cheech’s Radio Hour” focuses on creative and community projects. Hosts Rachel and Joelle Albury have interviewed Maine artists, writers, musicians and members of local community organizations. They have also interviewed musicians and artists outside of the Mid Coast including John Flansburgh of They Might Be Giants and Dave Gutter of The Rustic Overtones. Jo and Cheech also have regular guests including Rockland’s own roller derby league The Rock Coast Rollers, artist and writer Wilder Oakes, and singer songwriter Tom Albury. New to Jo and Cheech is it’s radio theater series starting with Jen Blood’s two part mystery “The Stone House.”
